Product / System Purpose

NetOps Enterprise was architected to eliminate fragmented operational tools in modern IT departments. It consolidates remote monitoring (RMM), intelligent ticketing (ITSM), live switch telemetry, QR inventory tracking, and dual-level procurement approvals into a single isolated cloud platform.

Problem Being Solved

Enforcing strict multi-tenant database isolation preventing cross-tenant leakage, streaming encrypted WebSocket device logs in real time, and engineering an automated ticketing engine driven by critical device log alerts and shift schedules.

Engineering Approach

Implemented mandatory tenant-scoped query filters at the ORM layer. Structured isolated Socket.io rooms authorized via JWT claims. Designed cryptographic SHA-256 server-side backup integrity testing and a granular 6-tier RBAC authorization matrix.
