Overview
Hyperion Logistics required an AI-driven forecasting infrastructure to minimize unplanned stockouts and excess inventory costs across its global distributor network.
The challenge
The challenge lay in cleaning highly noisy historical data from hundreds of regional warehouses, modeling seasonality, and achieving high forecasting accuracy.
Our approach
We built a hybrid forecasting engine combining deep learning LSTM and XGBoost models. We integrated it with existing ERP systems via a high-performance FastAPI microservice.
